Team BMW showcases revised livery scheme for trio 2021 line-up

West Surrey Racing has unveiled their black paint scheme that will feature on all three of their works BMW entries in the 2021 BTCC.

The team has a trio of drivers in their 2021 line-up, featuring Stephen Jelly to join four-time champion Colin Turkington and former race winner Tom Oliphant.

As current reigning Team’s Champions, they look to add on the five consecutive manufacturer’s titles claimed since the BMW 330i M Sport was introduced in 2019.

Dick Bennetts, Team Principal, said in a release:

“It’s been an intensive winter for WSR and Team BMW, but despite the 2020 season concluding a month later than we’re used to, we’ve still been able to work through a comprehensive development programme for the BMW 330i M Sport.

“We began our 2021 test programme at Silverstone last week and were pleased to see that most of the upgrades we’ve added to the car have had the desired effect.

“The new livery, created by Nick Moss Designs, looks fantastic and I can’t wait to see all three cars in formation when we continue our pre-season testing at Brands Hatch next week.”

They are due to debut this livery on the track during two days of (private) pre-season testing at Brands Hatch, 23-24 March.

The opening race weekend to the 2021 campaign commences at Thruxton, 8/9 May.
