It’s advantage Max Verstappen heading into qualifying of the Spanish GP, as the Dutchman topped FP3 ahead of Lewis Hamilton.
Fernando Alonso was the only driver on track for the first 10 minutes of the session, and it was a further ten minutes until every driver had made their way out of the pits.
Mercedes and Hamilton led for the majority of the session, before Verstappen set a 1m17.835s lap with nine minutes remaining to go, 0.235s faster than the Briton.
It was a very strong session for the two Ferrari’s, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz ended FP3 in third and fourth.
Valtteri Bottas finished 0.588s from Verstappen’s time in fifth, the Finn will be hoping he can improve on that come qualifying.
Lando Norris had a trip through the gravel at Turn 10 with just under 15 minutes remaining in the session, the McLaren driver finished in sixth ahead of Pierre Gasly.
Daniel Ricciardo will be more confident after struggling with the car yesterday, the Australian ended FP3 in eighth ahead of Raikkonen.
Sergio Perez put his Red Bull in 10th, with Alpine’s Alonso ending the final practice session in 11th.
Yuki Tsunoda split the Alpine cars to finish 12th, with Esteban Ocon in 13th.
Lance Stroll ended FP3 in 14th for Aston Martin, ahead of George Russell and Antonio Giovinazzi.
Sebastian Vettel put a time in which was only good enough for 17th, with Williams driver Nicholas Latifi in 18th.
The Haas pair of Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin ended the session in 19th and 20th.
