Jake Hill was victorious in the final race of the day at Silverstone, in a tightly contested battle.

Jason Plato and Dan Lloyd led the group off cleanly, Plato dropped down to third as Lloyd pulled away and attempted to build a gap.

Gordon Sheddon stalled on the grid, forcing him to try and salvage a good result from the back.

Aron Taylor-Smith, Colin Turkington and Ollie Jackson stormed three wide down the pit straight, with Jackson coming out on top ahead of the BMW and the CUPRA.

Hill forcefully pushed Lloyd around Luffield, forcing the Astra driver to go defensive to protect his race lead.

Josh Cook ended up to 18th from 29th, Cook raced hard to move his weight stricken Honda up towards the point scoring positions.

Jack Mitchell in his CUPRA had to dive to the pits after hitting some debris on the exit of copse corner.
